I am wondering if Mr. Muller ever did pipe work on buildings in NYC in the thirties. Recently I discovered a milk container from the Muller Dairies in NYC behind a wall in a turn of the century building just next to some pipes. There is no reason for it to be there except as a "calling card". I was researching this dairy and found no info except I came across Mr. Mullers Biography. He was a plumber and pipefitter and worked at a dairy before that. How can it not be his "calling card"?

Hi there i was looking up Spy Lake when i read your article. Wow how it gave me chills to think there are other people out there who have experinced Spy Lake. I too as a young boy visited spy lake yet for me it was much closer then you got. My Grandmother owned the two houses at the end of the road. as you came into the camp ground you would go left then her house was at the end of the road. It had a removable dock and we had two sail boat as well as gas boats. My and my brothers and sister loved the lake. Our favorite spot was on the Island. her house was closes to this spot. Do you know where iam refering? Also did you ever pick the fresh wild Blueberries ?Yum yum. I too remember when the gates came up. But there is so much more to this story then you know about and why the gates were installed. I am not sure who wrote this Eric, Jim ? but i will share a blast from the past.

I thought that it was a nice ending to the Rocky series and basically should just replace Rocky V and pretend that the old Rocky V never happened.

With all these updates I feel like I am actually on the trip too.

Looks like skiing in the Catskills would be on man-made snow ... and I'm sure glad I live in Chicago, where we rarely get lake effect snow (it all goes to Indiana) and the ground cover right now is just yesterday's 2 inches of powder.
